Walking is easier then most aircraft tours but there might be walking involved over swampy, wet terrain.  Mostly level footing. We provide binoculars, hip boots, rain jackets, snacks, fun. There is no need to walk quickly with us. Sometimes the terrain is challenging for some but we are sure to walk slow and steady to make it easier.

Combining a trip is great for the adventurer or if you have limited time in Alaska and want to see everything in just a few days. The combo trips add more flight time so prepare for more scenery by helicopter. We pack both adventures in the same time frame as a standard bear safari. Depending on which place you like the best, we have the option of staying longer at one place verses the other place.

Total length of trip is about 6 hours with an average of two hours per location. Sometimes short or longer depending on group dynamics and weather. We provide binoculars, hip boots, rain jackets, snacks, fun.
